Priscilla Maria Veronica White OBE 27 May 1943 1 August, known by her stage name Cilla Black, was an English singer, television presenter, actress, and author.Championed by her friends the Beatles, she began her career as a singer in 1963, and her singles Anyone Who Had a Heart and You're My World both reached number one in the UK in 1964. Black had eleven Top Ten hits on the British charts between then and 1971.In May 2010, new research published by BBC Radio 2 showed that her version of Anyone Who Had a Heart was the UKs biggest selling single by a female artist in the 1960s.You're My World was also a modest hit in the US, peaking at No. 26 on the Billboard Hot 100.she also hosted her own show Cilla and also hosted entertainments shows Blind Date an Surprise Surprise.

Dusty Springfield OBE 16 April 1939 2 March 1999,was an English pop singer and record producer whose career extended from the late 1950s to the 1990s. With her distinctive sensual mezzo soprano sound, she was an important blue eyed soul singer and at her peak was one of the most successful British female performers, with six top 20 singles on the United States Billboard Hot 100 and sixteen on the United Kingdom Singles Chart from 1963 to 1989.She was a member of both the US Rock and Roll and UK Music Halls of Fame. International polls have named Springfield among the best female rock artists of all time. Her image, supported by a peroxide blonde bouffant hairstyle, evening gowns, and heavy make-up, as well as her flamboyant performances on the black and white television of the 1960s, made her an icon of the Swinging Sixties.

Ronald Frederick Ronnie Lane 1 April 1946 4 June 1997 was an English musician, songwriter, and producer who is best known as the bass guitarist and founding member of two prominent English rock and roll bands: the Small Faces where he was nicknamed Plonk 1965 69 and, after losing the bands frontman, the Faces, with two new members added to the line-up from the Jeff Beck Group, who dubbed him Three-Piece 1969 73.Subsequently Lane collaborated with other musicians, leading his own bands and pursuing a solo career, while remaining close to his former bandmates. In the late 1970s he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and was supported by charity projects and financial contributions from friends, former bandmates and fans. After suffering from the disease for 21 years, he died at 51.

Robert Rob Pilatus June 8 1965 2 April 1998 was a German model, dancer, and singer. Pilatus was half of the pop music duo Milli Vanilli.
Pilatus worked as a model and break dancer, also appearing as a backing singer with the group Wind at the 1987 Eurovision Song Contest in Brussels before joining Fab Morvan in 1988 to form the pop group Milli Vanilli.

Roy Kelton Orbison April 23 1936 December 6 1988, nicknamed the Big O was an American singer songwriter and musician, known for his distinctive, impassioned voice, complex compositions, and dark emotional ballads. The combination led many critics to refer to his music as operatic, giving him the sobriquet the Caruso of Rock.Between 1960 and 1964, 22 of his songs placed on the Billboard Top 40, including Only the Lonely 1960, Crying 1961, and Oh, Pretty Woman 1964.

Salvatore Phillip Sonny Bono February 16 1935 January 5 1998 was an American recording artist, producer, and politician who came to fame in partnership with his second wife Cher, as the popular singing duo Sonny & Cher. He was mayor of Palm Springs, California, from 1988 to 1992, and congressman for California's 44th district from 1995 until his death in 1998.

Primarily active in the genres of disco, rhythm and blues, and soul, he was known for his flamboyant and androgynous appearance, falsetto singing voice, and hit disco singles in the late 1970s.

Tom Fogerty November 9 1941 September 6 1990 was a US musician, best known as the rhythm guitarist for Creedence Clearwater Revival.
During the few years of the life of CCR, Tom sang backing vocals and wrote songs, but only one of his songs Walking on the Water was recorded. This lack of opportunity, along with festering, long standing animosity with his brother, led him to leave the band in 1971.

Tupac Amaru Shakur born June 16 1971 September 13 1996, also known by his stage names 2Pac and Makaveli, was an American rapper and actor. As of 2007, Shakur has sold over 75 million records worldwide. His double disc albums All Eyez on Me and his Greatest Hits are among the best selling albums in the United States. He has been listed and ranked as one of the greatest artists of all time by many magazines, including Rolling Stone which ranked him 86th on its list of The 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. He is consistently ranked as one of the greatest rappers ever, as well as one of the most influential rappers of all time.

Frankie Lymon September 30 1942 February 27 1968 was an American rock and roll/rhythm and blues singer and songwriter, best known as the boy soprano lead singer of the New York City based early rock and roll group, The Teenagers. The group was composed of five boys, all in their early to mid teens. The original lineup of the Teenagers, an integrated group, included three black members, Frankie Lymon, Jimmy Merchant and Sherman Garnes, and two Puerto Rican members, Herman Santiago and Joe Negroni.The Teenagers' first single, 1956s Why Do Fools Fall in Love, was also its biggest hit. After Lymon went solo in mid 1957, both his career and that of the Teenagers fell into decline. He was found dead at the age of 25 in his grandmother's bathroom from a heroin overdose.
